I tasked Lake Pace and his expert team with the job of cleaning up the terrible state that my tenants had left my dining area Oak Wood flooring in. They worked extremely hard and professionally to restore my floor surface to the condition it was prior to the tenancy. While this is not a full restoration of the floor (will schedule that in the future when I have a longer gap between tenancies), they did an amazing job with their clean & spruce up - just take a look at the before and after photos! Lake and his expert team have worked for me in cleaning my property on multiple occasions, they are simply the best. They have extensive experience and certifications across all aspects of interior cleaning and refurbishment (wooden floors, worktops, carpets and all soft furnishings). Will definitely be availing of their expert services, care & attention in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Shine Master is the best!

All conversation was over email except on the day when I was busy moving, out the house and preferred being contacted by phone.The carpet cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning was great and to a high standard. They were flexible (but notified by me in advance) as I asked for cleaning to be done in the morning but later I changed this to the afternoon.I am very pleased with this service and would recommend it.

Perfect experienceViktor did a deep clean of my mum’s house in Southsea twice in the past three months while we were getting it ready to sell. Both times he was quick to respond and arranged to do the work with the minimum of fuss.The service included washing the windows inside and out, and cleaning the oven, saving the need to arrange for other specialist cleaners.
