I can’t thank Velko enough for today! Gave him a call and he came out the same day, I was worried about it being Sunday but he didn’t make a fuss and was here within a couple hours. My dog had an upset stomach on the carpet just before I was having visitors. This was cleaned and treated within an hour leaving my carpet smelling fresh and not like ‘wet/damp carpet’.

EXCELLENT!!!! You will not be disappointed!! So, I did a Google search, trying to find a carpet cleaner. He (Velko)answered my call promptly and asked me to send my details. He promised to come the following morning. I was impressed by the short notice. But I still wasn’t expecting him to come. But sure enough, he turned up at 10am the next day. Then the real surprise began.I have the grottiest, grossest stained beige carpet. This man made it look brand new! I am typing this as he is still working. I am AMAZED!! Honestly, you will not be disappointed. This man is incredible, and he works alone! He is extremely polite and friendly, and gave me excellent advice on how to maintain the carpet in future. He seriously needs to increase his prices because the amazing transformation he performs is worth far more than he charges.He has saved me a fortune because I was contemplating buying new carpets. I am super impressed and pleased. I know this review is long, but I want people to know how amazing this service is. He told me he has been doing this for 17 years…and it shows in his work. They did an excellent job very diligently including working away at bits of plaster and paint left by builders. Came on time, worked really hard, were clear what the machines absolutely couldn’t deal with and gave down free advice about a coconut mat harbouring a ton of dirt.
