Provided great communication and was very helpful and professional and has a "can do" attitude which is very refreshing in this day and age. We contacted K2 to book a cherry picker at short notice. Very competitively priced and able to accommodate us on the day we wanted. One the day the operator arrived promptly and was very polite and helpful throughout the day. We will need a cherry picker again in the future and will definitely be using K2. Neil and his colleague do a wonderful job. They are punctual which is an important attribute for any professional service. I also request them UPVC cleaning of soffits, fascias and the gutters once a year and this is done to a good quality. In addition, they are genuinely good people at heart. Just had C Clean out today to clean my fascias, down pipes, guttering, doors and my conservatory and conservatory roof. They text to confirm time they would be here as had to get my dogs in, on time and never stopped working (apart from the dogs wanting a fuss).
