Couplet and Barnes responded to my email within the hour. They attended to me the same evening for an emergency call out late in the evening after my dog had a bad accident on our new carpets. They treated and removed the stain and ordour and I am so very grateful They where able to come out at such short notice and so late in the day I will shout about it to all my friends and family and will absolutely use again

Forget the fancy name; hot water extraction is just a very high-pressure injection of hot water into the carpet pile mixed with a chemical detergent to break down the molecules of dirt.
