Stefka joined ETF Cleaning in 2013 and is fluent in English, Bulgarian, French, and Spanish. She is currently pursuing degrees in French and Spanish, as well as ACCA accounting. Stefka's strengths lie in customer care, organization, and prioritization. Her motto is 'If it can be done in one hour, why take two'. Training Kate received her training at the world-class 5* Mandarin Hotel in Hyde Park, London. All staff members receive personalized training from Kate.
