This provides you with a comprehensive Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) unrivalled in our sector. Once we have received your official instructions to proceed, we will provide you with an initial forecast for the projected payment applications for the entire length of the project. You will have much better control over budget and payments. Our work sign offs follow on from our Bill of Quantities so not only do they substantiate work that has been delivered, they also entirely match the value of our payment applications, invoicing, and final accounts. Compliance: Your site team will receive site specific RAMS by email in good time before our start-on-site date. These will also be handed to your site manager, in hard copy format, when we arrive on site for the first time by our Project Director. As your site may very well be fluid as works progress, we will always adapt our approach and present RAMS to cover any changes in the way we deliver our work. We will provide copies of relevant company policies, and certainly our H&S policies.
