Paul, a key member of the team since 2011, boasts over 30 years of experience in engineering and quality systems. He excels in business development and improvements, ensuring all areas of the growing family business benefit from his expertise. Paul's motto is 'If I can't fix it, I'll make a new one'. Stefka joined ETF Cleaning in 2013 and is fluent in English, Bulgarian, French, and Spanish. She is currently pursuing degrees in French and Spanish, as well as ACCA accounting. Stefka's strengths lie in customer care, organization, and prioritization. Her motto is 'If it can be done in one hour, why take two'. Training Kate received her training at the world-class 5* Mandarin Hotel in Hyde Park, London. All staff members receive personalized training from Kate. Selina is now very familiar with the holiday letting system and how important it is to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for all guests. She is always thorough whether it be a deep clean – steam mopping floors, cleaning walls etc - or a clean on changeover days. On changeover days Selina will change the bedding and towels, bath mat and towelling robes, clean all of the cottage – bathroom, living room (which includes cleaning the log burner and glass plinth), outside patio with hot tub and outside furniture, hallway and kitchen. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped and Selina ensures that all equipment and appliances are left spotless for the next guests.
