Paul, a key member of the team since 2011, boasts over 30 years of experience in engineering and quality systems. He excels in business development and improvements, ensuring all areas of the growing family business benefit from his expertise. Paul's motto is 'If I can't fix it, I'll make a new one'. Stefka joined ETF Cleaning in 2013 and is fluent in English, Bulgarian, French, and Spanish. She is currently pursuing degrees in French and Spanish, as well as ACCA accounting. Stefka's strengths lie in customer care, organization, and prioritization. Her motto is 'If it can be done in one hour, why take two'. Training Kate received her training at the world-class 5* Mandarin Hotel in Hyde Park, London. All staff members receive personalized training from Kate.
