From Side Hustle to Business Success With his very apt surname – which now adorns the side of a fleet of eleven smart liveried vans – our company founder Matt Payne seemed almost destined to dominate the local window and exterior cleaning industry across the south west. Back in 2011 Matt hit on the idea of offering a local window cleaning round in Chippenham to supplement the income from his day job, and it wasn’t long before he realised that his hard work, brilliant results and reliability was paying off in the form of increased demand for his services. In fact, demand became such that he realised there was true business potential in what had started as a ‘side hustle, so Matt went all-in to his new venture, ably partnered by his wife, Michelle. By 2016 the couple had streamlined their operation, purchased better equipment, invested in computer systems and taken on their first employee.
