Whilst almost all parts of the job were very good there were one or two issues that weren't quite right. I needed a full clean to the exterior of my new house which had been empty for 3 years. This included the roof, window frames, gutters, soffits and fascias. I also needed the patio area, that surrounded the house, cleaned. I contacted several companies 1 of which failed to turn up, another just looked on Google maps and quoted from the aerial shots on there (which included £1300 for scaffolding which in fact was not required) 2 others just failed to respond to emails or voicemails left.
